TrainingRaja provides live mentor-led training programs, courses, and AI Academy services. Our offerings include:

AI Engineer Bootcamp (16-week flagship)
GenAI Product Engineering Bootcamp (30-hour intensive)
Short courses and specialisations
Free tutorials, interview questions, and masterclasses
Corporate and college training partnerships

03 Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download or stream one copy of the materials (information, lessons, recordings, code) on TrainingRaja's website for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the website
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server
Record, copy, or screen-share live class content without written permission
Use our content to train competing models or services

Code you write during your own projects is yours — you're free to publish your projects on GitHub or in your portfolio.

04 Enrolment & Service Agreements

When engaging our services, specific terms will be outlined at the point of enrolment or in individual service agreements (for corporate or college partnerships).

Programme scope, batch start dates, and deliverables will be defined in writing
Timelines and milestones will be agreed upon before commencement
Payment terms, fees, and EMI schedules will be specified at checkout
Enrolment is per individual and is non-transferable
Confidentiality and data protection terms will be included

05 Intellectual Property Rights

The content, features, and functionality of our website and services — including lessons, videos, recordings, code, designs, assessments, and platform features — are owned by TrainingRaja and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Custom curricula and solutions developed for corporate or institutional clients will be subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

06 User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account and passwords
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Not interfere with or disrupt our services
Not harass or abuse other students, mentors, or staff
Not cheat on assessments or attempt to manipulate certificates
Respect intellectual property rights
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

07 Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified at enrolment or in individual service agreements. Generally:

Invoice Terms — Programme fees are due in full before batch start unless an approved EMI plan applies
Late Payments — Late EMIs may incur additional charges as outlined in the agreement
Tax Exclusions — All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Payment Methods — Payments are processed via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, EMI) and other approved gateways

08 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrainingRaja, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Placement support is provided as a best-effort service and is not a guarantee of employment, salary, or specific outcomes.

09 Disclaimer

The materials on TrainingRaja's website are provided on an "as is" basis. TrainingRaja makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10 Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our data collection and processing practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our website and services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
