Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across our programs and courses.

1. Cooling-off period (Flagship Programs)

For our flagship 5-month programs (Full-Stack Web Developer, AI Engineer):

• Within 7 days of batch start and before you've attended more than 3 live classes — full refund minus a 5% processing fee (covering payment gateway charges).
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@trainingraja.ai with your enrolment details and reason.

2. After the cooling-off period (Flagship Programs)

• Between 8–21 days after batch start — partial refund of 50% on the remaining (uncompleted) portion of the program.
• After 21 days — no refund. You retain access for the full program duration.

3. Short courses & specializations

• Within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 25% of course content — full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
• After 7 days or 25% completion (whichever is earlier) — no refund.

4. Free resources & masterclasses

These are free — there's nothing to refund. If you registered for a paid masterclass that was rescheduled or cancelled by us, you'll receive a full refund automatically.

5. EMI plans

If you've enrolled via EMI through Razorpay or another payment partner, refunds are calculated against the amount paid to date, not the total program price. Outstanding EMIs are cancelled once a refund is processed. Any processing fee is non-refundable.

6. Deferrals & batch transfers

If you can't attend your enrolled batch due to genuine personal reasons (illness, family emergency, work conflict), we offer one free batch transfer to a future cohort, subject to availability. Request must be made before the batch starts or within the first 2 weeks.

7. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort or course before it starts, you'll receive a full refund. If we cancel mid-program (rare), you'll receive a pro-rated refund based on remaining content.

8. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method. International transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

9. How to request a refund

Email hello@trainingraja.ai with:

• Your full name and enrolled email
• Program or course name
• Date of enrolment
• Reason for refund

We'll respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds promptly.
