Module 1 · GenAI & LLM foundations (6 hours)

What LLMs actually are, how they're used in production, tokens and cost, prompt patterns, structured outputs. Artefact: A reusable prompt library for your use case.

Module 2 · Embeddings & vector search (6 hours)

Embeddings intuition, chunking strategies, vector databases, similarity search, hybrid retrieval. Artefact: A working semantic search over your own documents.

Module 3 · Retrieval-Augmented Generation (6 hours)

End-to-end RAG: ingestion, retrieval, prompt assembly, grounded answers with citations, eval. Artefact: A RAG chatbot grounded in your data.

Module 4 · Tools, function calling & agents (6 hours)

Function calling, when to use agents vs straight RAG, simple multi-step loops, error handling, observability. Artefact: A tool-using assistant that completes a real task.

Module 5 · Ship & demo (6 hours)

Wrapping in a simple web UI, deploying to the cloud, basic auth, cost & latency tradeoffs, evals before launch. Artefact: Your GenAI product live on the open web.

Do I need a coding background?

Some Python comfort helps but is not required. We'll write code together in every session — the goal is to ship a product, not to pass a coding test. Non-developers (PMs, founders) have completed past cohorts successfully.

Is the schedule weekday evenings or weekends?
