Welcome to Training Raja. By using our website, platform, or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent if younger) to use our services. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this requirement and have provided accurate information.

2. Account

You are responsible for your account, including keeping your credentials secure and the activities under your account. Don't share your account or sell access to it. Notify us at hello@trainingraja.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Enrolment, payments & access

• Enrolment is confirmed only after payment is received in full or via an approved EMI plan.
• Course/program access is non-transferable. Each enrolment is for one student.
• Live cohort batches have fixed start dates; your access begins on the batch start date or earlier where indicated.
• For self-paced courses, access duration is stated on the course page.

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed at /refund. Please read it before enrolment.

5. Content & intellectual property

All content on our platform — lessons, videos, code, designs, assessments — is owned by Training Raja or licensed to us. You're granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for learning purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or publish our content.
• Record, copy, or screen-share live class content without written permission.
• Use our content to train competing models or services.

Code you write during projects is yours. You're free to publish your projects on GitHub or in your portfolio.

6. Acceptable use

While using our services, you agree not to:

• Harass or abuse other students, mentors, or staff.
• Submit work that isn't yours without attribution.
• Cheat on assessments or attempt to manipulate certificates.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our platform.
• Use our services for any illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

7. Placement support

Placement support is provided as a best-effort service — resume review, mock interviews, referrals, network introductions. It is not a guarantee of employment, salary, or specific outcomes. Job outcomes depend on your skills, market conditions, and your own efforts.

8. Modifications to services

We may modify our curriculum, batch schedules, mentors, or platform features as needed. Material changes to a running cohort will be communicated in advance. We do not guarantee that any specific feature or content will remain available indefinitely.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". We don't warrant that they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version takes effect on the date posted above. Continued use of our services after the update means you accept the new Terms.
