Training Raja ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our students, prospects, and visitors. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. By using trainingraja.ai or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, phone, profile photo (from Google OAuth if you sign in with Google).
• Demo / enquiry forms — name, contact, programme of interest, your messages.
• Payment information — processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details on our servers.
• Usage data — lessons viewed, quizzes attempted, time on platform, IP address, browser type, device.
• Communications — emails, WhatsApp messages, and call notes you exchange with our team.

2. How we use your information

• Deliver our programs, courses, certificates, and customer support.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Communicate updates about your enrolled program, batches, and account.
• Send relevant marketing about new programs, masterclasses, or offers — you may unsubscribe anytime.
• Improve our platform and content based on aggregated usage analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

3. Sharing of information

We share your information only with:

• Service providers we rely on (payment gateway, email infrastructure, analytics, hosting) — under contractual confidentiality.
• Institutional partners if you enrolled through your college or employer — limited to your progress and outcomes, never your private messages.
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small set of analytics cookies to understand which pages and content perform well. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; some platform features may not work.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes, refunds, certification verification, and legal obligations. You may request account deletion at any time — see Section 7.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS everywhere, hashed credentials, role-based access controls, encrypted backups, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password and don't share your account.

7. Your rights

You can request:

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention).
• Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications.

8. Children

Our programs are intended for users 16 and older. Minors must enrol with parental consent and supervision.
